Good location Positive: The central location, everywhere accessible on foot Negative: the second bedroom had no window, the sofa bed still had the used sheets of the previous occupant, the second day on return we had no water, luckily reception was still open and we were shown how to reset....if we had come back after 10pm this could have been a major problem

C’est notre 3ème séjour chez vous, des 3 dernières années. Nous y retournerons au prochain séjour à Québec. Negative: En tant que 5 personnes, nous aimerions avoir chacun, une clé pour les 2 portes d’entrée de l‘immeuble. Un des nos amis a attendu 30 minutes dehors un soir (avant 21 heures) avant que le réceptionniste, qui s’absentait pour une quelconque raison, retourne à son poste pour pouvoir y entrer.

Great property and even better location. Positive: Excellent location. 20 minute walk to old Quebec. Great local neighborhood restaurants next parallel street. Reception staff are great and friendly.

logement situé à proximité du vieux Quebec très agréable Positive: La situation du logement à quelques centaines de mètres du vieux Quebec est vraiment au top. Toutes les commodité sont a quelques pas du logement ce qui est très agréable. Le parking proposé même étant payant en sus est très appréciable. Je recommande. Negative: dommage que pour le cinquième couchage prévu il manquait les draps.

Great location, nice condo… we throughly enjoyed it. Positive: The conditions was very nice and equipped with quality appliances, bedding etc… Negative: The price came out to a little over $400 USD per night which was a little steep, but it was nice.
